Day. Daniel Altan Wing. A street legend. He had a limp leg and one eye with a slight flaw. It was all because of some experimences the Republic had done to him after he did his trial. He was thrown by the Republic after those experimences. But he survived. He had two brothers, John and Eden. He would do anything to protect his family. What would he do if the Republic planning to mess with his family?
What will happen if the two of them meet?
It's basicly a novel that's narrated from two point of views, June and Day's. The plot actually is very simple. It's about a conspiracy done by a country to its citizens by telling lies or even spread plagues to the lower sector just to find a cure to prevent them spreading in the upper sector. And then Day and June will find out the truth about the Republic.
Legend is the first book of the trilogy. The following books are Prodigy and Champion. It's also a debut for Marie Lu herself. And all I can comment about it is, Legend is a pretty good debut and very worth it to read. I've read the 2nd and the last book. Ofcourse they're better than the first book but it wasn't a bad one either.
My favorite character from this book is June! Ofcourse June! She's just badass! Wooohooooo. Read it and you can tell me how badass she is.
